Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Gervanzo collects when you visit gervanzo.us.com or place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (required for freight delivery), the products you buy and payment details processed by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
  • Account and support data: messages you send us and, if you create one, your customer account.
  • Device data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your messages, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and, with your consent where required, send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We also use aggregated statistics to improve the store.

Who we share it with
Our store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and processes orders and payments on our behalf. We share delivery details with freight carriers, payment data with our payment provider, and email addresses with our email service. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only where you consent, and you can change your choice in the cookie settings of the site.

Retention
Order records are kept for as long as tax and warranty obligations require (typically up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, and device data for a limited period.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, or take your data with you. EU/EEA residents can also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. Email support@gervanzo.us.com and we respond within 30 days.

We update this policy when our practices change. The current version is always published on this page.
