Terms of service

These terms govern every order placed with Gervanzo (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.

Who can order
You must be 18 or older to purchase. Electric dirt bikes are sold for off-road use by riders of the age recommended by the manufacturer (Raptor 12000W: 16+; Falcon and Lynx models: 18+). They are not street-legal and must not be ridden on public roads.

Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the taxes stated there. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error. We tell you before doing so. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms.

Safe use
Read the owner’s manual before the first ride. Wear a helmet and protective gear, keep to private land, trails and tracks, never carry a passenger, and follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule (gearbox oil, chain, brakes, battery storage voltage). You are responsible for complying with local laws on where and how the bike may be used.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers. Gervanzo is an independent retailer. Site content may not be copied without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to it.
