What to know about this bike
The more approachable Falcon on paper
The Lite uses an advertised 8kW mid-drive motor instead of the higher-output Pro or GT units. That makes it the obvious model to consider if maximum performance is not the priority, although 8kW is still serious power and the bike is intended for adults.
Smaller battery, clear tradeoff
The 72V 30Ah pack is the smallest battery listed across the Falcon Lite, Pro and GT. Its advertised 50-mile range should be treated as a reference point, not a guarantee for steep terrain or aggressive throttle use.
Suspension travel without the jargon
The Lite lists 200mm at the front and 85mm at the rear. Those numbers indicate how much movement the suspension has available, but they do not predict comfort by themselves. Spring rates, damping and correct sag setup are just as important.
A straightforward aluminum frame
The product specification calls out an aluminum-alloy frame, a 1,250mm wheelbase and a 138lb weight including battery. For an adult buyer, those dimensions make more sense as a fit-and-transport checklist than as a simple claim that the bike is lightweight.
Charging fits a planned riding schedule
Three to four hours is the advertised charge window for the 72V 30Ah pack. That makes an overnight or between-session charge realistic, but it does not tell you how many hard riding sessions a single charge will support.
The 19/18 wheel setup
A 19-inch front tire and 18-inch rear setup gives the Lite a distinctly off-road-oriented configuration. It is worth comparing not only wheel diameters but also actual tire widths and tread patterns to match the surfaces you intend to ride.
Brakes worth understanding
Gervanzo lists a 220mm front disc and 203mm rear disc for the Lite. That front-rear difference is normal, but buyers should still verify pad and rotor compatibility and know where replacement parts can be sourced before putting serious miles on the bike.
The sensible question is how you will ride
If your riding is mainly shorter trail sessions, the Liteโs 8kW motor and smaller battery may meet the brief without stepping up to a GT. If steep climbs, long distances or repeated hard acceleration are central, compare the other models carefully.

What does shipping cost, and how is a bike delivered?
Free shipping on every order, to all 237 countries we ship to, however much you buy. Bikes ship by freight on a pallet, helmets and gear by parcel. Every shipment is tracked and covered against loss or damage in transit if it goes missing or arrives damaged you get a replacement or a full refund, with no carrier claim on your side.
How long until it arrives?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1โ3 business days and arrive in 15-20 business days from dispatch (about 22โ30 calendar days in total). You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the shipment, and you can follow it any time on our tracking page. Remote areas and customs inspections can add a few days.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
The taxes shown at checkout are included in the total you pay. Some countries charge import duties that are not collected at checkout where that happens they are the customerโs responsibility, so check your local threshold before you order. We declare every shipment at its real value.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Checkout runs on Shopifyโs encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout the same system used by millions of stores. Card details go straight to the payment processor; we never see or store them. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged or will not power on?
Inspect the crate or parcel with the driver and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt; concealed damage must be reported within 5 days. If it does not power up or arrives damaged, send us photos or a short video within 14 days: we ship the parts, or a replacement if parts cannot fix it, and we pay the freight both ways. Defective or transit-damaged orders are never charged return freight.
Can I return it?
30 days from delivery for unused items in the original packaging. Email support@gervanzo.us.com with your order number and we send the return authorisation and instructions. For change-of-mind returns on a bike the return freight is deducted from the refund and we tell you the exact amount before you ship. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
What does the warranty cover?
Every bike carries the manufacturerโs parts warranty (6 months, parts replacement). Wear items tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets, clutch plates, fluids and damage from crashes, racing, water ingress or modifications are not covered. Claims go through us: email the serial number, photos and a description of the fault.
How does the free helmet work?
Every bike order includes a free full-face helmet: pick the model and size in the dropdown on the bikeโs page before you add it to the cart, and it is added at 0.00 automatically. If you would rather have a different one, any helmet in the helmet collection can be chosen.
