What to know about this bike
A powerful step into gearless dirt bikes
The Falcon Pro is listed with a 10kW peak mid-drive motor but no manual clutch or conventional gearbox. That places the emphasis on throttle control and line choice rather than shifting. It suits riders who want a motorcycle-style chassis without manual transmission technique.
The battery is the number to compare
At 72V 35Ah, the Falcon Pro carries a smaller advertised pack than the Falcon GT. That distinction is worth considering alongside the stated 75-mile range, which the store itself notes varies with terrain and speed. Compare usable riding time, not just miles.
NFC is convenient, but think about backup access
The dashboard includes NFC unlocking and an automatic day/night display mode. Those are thoughtful everyday conveniences on a dirt bike, though a prospective owner should also establish how access works if a phone or NFC credential is lost.
A useful fork and shock combination
Fastace 2.0 front suspension and a matching rear shock give the Falcon Pro a credible set of adjustment points on paper. Riders should still check factory settings and tune sag to their weight instead of assuming the showroom setup will fit every trail.

What does shipping cost, and how is a bike delivered?
Free shipping on every order, to all 237 countries we ship to, however much you buy. Bikes ship by freight on a pallet, helmets and gear by parcel. Every shipment is tracked and covered against loss or damage in transit if it goes missing or arrives damaged you get a replacement or a full refund, with no carrier claim on your side.
How long until it arrives?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1โ3 business days and arrive in 15-20 business days from dispatch (about 22โ30 calendar days in total). You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the shipment, and you can follow it any time on our tracking page. Remote areas and customs inspections can add a few days.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
The taxes shown at checkout are included in the total you pay. Some countries charge import duties that are not collected at checkout where that happens they are the customerโs responsibility, so check your local threshold before you order. We declare every shipment at its real value.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Checkout runs on Shopifyโs encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout the same system used by millions of stores. Card details go straight to the payment processor; we never see or store them. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged or will not power on?
Inspect the crate or parcel with the driver and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt; concealed damage must be reported within 5 days. If it does not power up or arrives damaged, send us photos or a short video within 14 days: we ship the parts, or a replacement if parts cannot fix it, and we pay the freight both ways. Defective or transit-damaged orders are never charged return freight.
Can I return it?
30 days from delivery for unused items in the original packaging. Email support@gervanzo.us.com with your order number and we send the return authorisation and instructions. For change-of-mind returns on a bike the return freight is deducted from the refund and we tell you the exact amount before you ship. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
What does the warranty cover?
Every bike carries the manufacturerโs parts warranty (6 months, parts replacement). Wear items tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets, clutch plates, fluids and damage from crashes, racing, water ingress or modifications are not covered. Claims go through us: email the serial number, photos and a description of the fault.
How does the free helmet work?
Every bike order includes a free full-face helmet: pick the model and size in the dropdown on the bikeโs page before you add it to the cart, and it is added at 0.00 automatically. If you would rather have a different one, any helmet in the helmet collection can be chosen.
